I Don't Like Virtual Therapy! Can We Meet In Person for Individual Therapy Sessions?

We understand that virtual therapy isn't everyone's cup of tea. At LAC Counseling Inc., we're committed to meeting your needs and ensuring you feel comfortable and supported throughout your therapy journey.

While we currently only offer telehealth individual therapy sessions, we're open to exploring alternative options that work for you, such as our in-person therapy groups. However, our practice is focused on providing quality care through virtual platforms.

That said, we encourage you to give telehealth a try! Many clients have found virtual therapy to be just as effective and convenient as in-person sessions. Plus, you can attend sessions from the comfort of your own home, saving time and eliminating the hassle of commuting.

But ultimately, the choice is yours. If you feel strongly about meeting in person, we're happy to discuss potential alternatives or refer you to other therapists who may offer in-person sessions.
